Its been a while since I was involved in first (Team Macomb 99-01, thats what came before the Thunderchickens for those you who want to be philosophical - go Team 217!)
Anyways my last attempt to get drawn back into first a few years ago at MSU ended rather abruptly (the joys of major changes and working my rear off to graduate).
Either way I'm in Chicago now and trying to find out my information about the Chicago teams, especially those that might need mentor help in the coming year. I tried the FIRST website but I couldn't find many teams with web pages to find more info on.
Any help is appreciated, thanks :)

Just to let you know we're right in the middle of northern Illinois. So we're not exactly chicago area but were right next to rockford if you know where that is.

Eric,
Where are you located in Chicago? We are trying to expand on the growth of Chicago High School teams that got a jump start this past season. I am sure that experienced mentors are in high demand as well as some sponsor participation. PM me and I'll ask around.

I'd suggest helping out team 1850. They were a great rookie team that needs as much help as they can get. Those kids have tons of promise. I only saw one mentor, but there may have been more.
