The cartoonist is trying to make a political statement that the US military forces would not be in a worse position if the people in charge of Wal-Mart were put in charge of the military.

The cartoonist is trying to make a political statement that the US military forces would not be in a worse position if the people in charge of Wal-Mart were put in charge of the military.

I saw it as commentary of the human rights records of WalMart and the Pentagon.

I saw it as another poke in Mel Gibsons ribs for making outragious statements after being arrested for DWI.

Maybe it has to do with the Pentagon selling jobs to private businesses like Wal-Mart sells products to people.
