at the end of the game, if power is cut while we have a "hand" on the bar pushign our side down..is that legal?

When the refs come to take a look, your robot must not be touching any part of the goal, including the torque bars. By the way, the torque bars were made of PVC on the version shown at kick-off but will be made of steel pipe on the real one.
