CD-Media request: Thread-style page movement

Would it be possible to make the page scrolling on CD-Media like that on a multi-paged thread? When you're paging through a tag with a lot of pictures (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/photos/tags/captioncontest), for example, it gets a little tedious now and then to try click through umpteen pages to get in the ballpark of the picture you're seeking, particularly if you remember the picture in question being an older one.

I'll probably end up making page navigation a bit better/eaiser .. once I get back in the swing of things, that is.
