I remember, last year, seeing a sheet with a tree of questions on it that was supposed to help you decide if a part is legal or not. Can someone post this or link to it? I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

You won't. The Robot section of the manual is not decryptable yet (or, last I checked, even posted.) That's where it usually is.

Here is last year's version of the chart.
Last year's rules of course do not apply to this year.

When in doubt, refer to the manual. :)

Good find.

Of course it's not applicable for this year, but I'm guessing that parts that were allowable last year (in general) will be coool this year.

And after looking this, I think I need some other sections from the manual as well. Does someone have a link to a site hosting all of them? Or would someone be willing to post all of them?

Thanks!

2006's team manual and other docs can be found here (http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc/content.aspx?id=3630&terms=2006+manual&rawsearchtype=1&fragment=false&SearchType=AndWords).

The FIRST site has them at this location. (http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc/content.aspx?id=452) This is also where the rest will show up when it is published.
