Springs?

I know in past years we haven't been able to use springs, But could we use a spring to deploy the back end of our ramp in the last 15 sec??

Is there a maximum amount of energy allowed to be stored in springs? Last year, I believe there was a maximum amount of allowed stored energy, but this year I cannot find anything about it in the Robot Section of the Manual.

8.3.1
Storage achieved by deformation of ROBOT parts. Teams must be very careful when
incorporating springs or other items to store energy on their ROBOT by means of part or
material deformation. A ROBOT may be rejected at inspection if, in the judgment of the
inspector, such items are unsafe.

Just make sure it is safe.
