Our team recently graduated from standard t-shirts and polos, to jerseys. In keeping with Dean's vision, FIRST would become the "sporting event of the 21st century." So, after some debate with the team, the thought of having a sports-like jersey made sense.

They're much more expensive than tshirts; so, unless you can make a cost/benefit justification for doing it, tshirts accomplish the goal; but, we're using customjersey.com for our business. This year, it's custom sublimated baseball jerseys for us!

If I remember, I'll post a picture or two of what they look like when they come in - still looking at about 4 weeks worth of turn-around on them.

Other ideas to consider: NASCAR-style pit crew shirts (those are customizeable now), polo's, jumpsuits (many of those come in different colors, just have them screen printed), etc...

I think this year we may go through www.imagemarket.com - they're pretty quick with their response time, and will work with our logo for no extra charge. We're planning on getting the baseball-style shirts; they'll charge us $10.95 apiece. Once they've received payment, they'll have the shirts delivered in about 12 business days.
On the other hand, if you go to a local shop, one that does shirts for school athletics, they most likely will give you a nice friendly discount, and they've probably got your school logo too.
Good luck! Better to get these ordered sooner than later!

We get T-Shirts printed by a local company. I believe they actually donate the shirts to us. Maybe check with some local printing companies?

Local printing place. They make all sorts of things, tshirts, polos, pens, hats, pads of paper, those small little footballs stamped with a logo...

At $5 a tshirt, I think it is a good deal.
