2 Questions
1. Is the 2007 robot controller pins mapped the same to the micro pins as the 2006 controller?
2. What is the maximum current output of a digital or analog I/O?

Answer for 1: Yes, I believe hardware wise, all the pins are mapped the same. I may not be correct, though.

From the IFI website:
The total combined current supplied from all 16 Analog and 18 Digital +5V Power header pins is 1 Amp. The 1 Amp max can come from a single +5V Power pin.
