We have downloaded the online program to the controller. The program was successfuly downloaded, but when I try to move one of the servos connected to the PWM prots, they don't move at all.
What should I do?

If you're trying to move servos make sure that you have your backup battery attached to the RC. Servos get their power from the backup battery and without one you won't get any servo movement.

Ok, so you're saying that my problem is batteries, so I don't need to do anything else besides that so my program works? (My program doesn't involve any radio controlled things, so I don't think I need to connect the operator interface).

The RC won't work without the OI being connected to it either by radio or tether(red cable), it's a fail safe system.

Ok, can you please specify exactly what to connect and to where? I mean, exactly what cables to what place, because I can't find anything on the net explaining this.

Your tether (the red cable) runs from the OI tether port to the RC tether port. The other option is to run the radio from the OI to the radio port on the RC. There the same thing the only diffrence is one is wired and one is wireless.

Do I need to send power to the OI, or does it get the power from the controller?

If Tethered the OI will draw power from the RC, I would also recommend that you download the RC and OI manuals from ifirobotics.com

I saw the manuals, they don't explain how to connect everything:confused:
Is there something I missed over there?

I believe the information that will assist you in hooking up everything will be here http://www.ifirobotics.com/frc-robot-control-system-overview.shtml
