Here is the new version of the master code for the 04-07 controllers.

How do you update the master code in the robot controller?

In easyC goto the terminal window then under the options menu select "Update Master Code" then specify a path to the .bin file.

In the IFI loader just hit browse and then select .bin for the file type and specify the path to the .bin file.
