can u guys describe your transmission? wat kind of motor is that?

I could be wrong, but I believe those are andymark transmissions. It looks like there are pneumatics attached, but no motors. I think andymark transmissions take 1 small cim motor and a minibike motor.

This looks very nice. Excellent drivetrain concept, components, and workmanship.
Please remember to include the main power terminal block (http://www2.usfirst.org/2007comp_1735_temp/Drawings/Battery%20Power%20Terminal%20Strip%20R3.pdf), as required by <R57>, in electrical system of your competition robot.
so are andy mark am shifters allowed? also is that a pneumatic attached i really cant tell

Yes, they are allowed, and yes that is a pneumatic piston attached.
and the "AM" of the AM Shifters is simply an abbreviated form of "AndyMark" ;)
