Does anybody know anywhere I can get C software. LIke is their a download off the internet?

You mean MPLAB (http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1406&dDocName=en019469&part=SW007002) and C18 (http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1406&dDocName=en010014&part=SW006011) C code compiler for the Robot Controller?

I would suggest you stick to the ones that they provide in the KIT of parts(especially the V2.40 of C18).

Or you could use the EasyC software provided in the KIT(much easier to start with).

If you are talking about the code code then Kevin Watson (http://kevin.org/frc/) is your best bet(only for MPLAB).

But if you just looking for just the Default code (http://ifirobotics.com/docs/frc-code-2007-8722.zip)...
