Official Robot Inspection Sheet

Does anybody know where to find the Official Robot Inspection Sheet that's suppose to be up by January 19, 2007? Thanks for the help.

I haven't seen it and in past years it didn't come out until around ship. In general it will dictate exactly what is in the rule book and will go through several revisions as the Team updates require.
