Hello, I'm a Freshman that just joined this year. I'm on team 228, "GUS" from Meriden, CT. So far this year, I've had a blast on the team with the FVC build and it's been fun building the FRC build too. I hope to learn all I can from this site.

Where does Nutmegger come from? I think it has a nice sound to it.
Yankee peddlars used to sell nutmeg. Sometimes they weren't very scrupulous and sold fake nutmeg. So it it's not entirely a nice nickname! But Connecticut is known as the Constitution State and the Nutmeg State, hence we're nutmeggers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nutmegger

I use that term a lot with other people and they just look at me funny. I guess they don't really know their state that well. ;)
