Great idea , I was gonna do the same thing, I have many of those cheap chinese, tiawan mopeds(49cc's) and they have many of these things, on the seats, handle bars, etc.
I just hate that power distribution box this year so large and clumpy for no reason, instead they should make it smaller, more compact

dude that is so much better then velcro and bungee cords cause that is what we use every year :)
