Looks like your wheels are backwards, shouldn't they be flipped 180 degrees.

Oh cool! GSR is going to be quite interesting with the mecanum drives this year.

Do you plan on supporting the other end of the drive shaft with something?

Yep, the axle supports are in construction. We're still not ready to drive it yet. Soon hopefully!
