"Demo Stamp not found" error message

We have gotten this message and have not been able to run our program. Does anyone know what this means?:confused:

I've never seen this before.

The Basic Stamp II was an IC chip used prior to 2003 in our IFI robot controllers... What program and what controller are you using?
