Wow, that's actually a really brilliant modification to the AndyMark transmissions. All you needed to add was a single new axle for the idler to the Large CIM, and it looks like the only custom machining was the new sideplates. I honestly wish that 116 had thought of this, especially considering we arn't using the minibike motors anyway!

Thats looks good. We ran a 3 motor, 1 speed gear box tranny and it worked very well for us last year. But 3 motors and 2 speed gear box, that will be awesome. KUDOS to you.

Thats going to be quite the drivetrain.. Lets hope the traction of your wheels can live up to the power that your motors are providing.

OH MAN! Last year my team had a strong bot, but this thing would have blown us away.

We are not using wheels this year, we will be using treads instead. In addition to the reduction on the gearbox itself we are also doing a 2.0833:1 sprocket reduction...thus taking us to more of a normal(for us at least) speed in high gear and a very formidable low gear.

Looks good,
We did something similar to this last year. Except we took a standard AndyMark Transmission and put 4 small cims through it to power our Ackerman steering type of robot. We ended up scrapping the robot part way through the season, due to team discrepancies, but it was quite powerful.

Wow, I dropped the third motor from our AM mods because I didn't want the extra weight that we always fight. Your solution looks quite similar to what I came up with though.
