you have the same joystick on the right that we have for our auxilliary controls. We bought 4 for $0.01 on ebay, so we call them "penny joysticks".

Nice. How did you etch your name?

We have an engraver nearby so we quickly used that and the result as you can see is pretty nice, some switches will have to come on of course so its not 100% finished yet as we are still undecided on how to operate the arm.
