Granted, but in 2012 all of North America is hit by an extreme drought, and no water can be spared for bathing, let alone for a robotics game. So all FRC teams must travel to Israel or New Zealand. Moreover, since the drought has flushed the economy completely down the toilet (figuratively, since there's not enough water to... well, never mind), only three teams can afford to travel, and yours is not one of them.

Granted, but the time it takes to regenerate is incredibly long. So long that after your hand accidentally gets cut off by a table saw, you're still recovering when your team is at the competition, so you can't drive and your team loses in the finals since you, their best driver, was still regenerating a limb.

Granted. But then all the other teams are so blown away by your animation that none of them ever submit ever again and FIRST takes away the animation award and because of that Autodesk stops sponsoring FRC and then teams can't design things except in SolidWorks, and then cannot make chain runs in their CAD models and then their motors jam and then they smoke!!!!!!1!!!

Granted. You do so well that you win the FRC Championship AND the Chairman's Award. However, after you get home, your brother dies, your mentor's mother dies, and a hurricane destroys your best friend's house, so you forget how happy you were to win.

Granted, but eventually you fix all problems, thus making the world boring and gray. Alien explorers come to study the planet but find it uninteresting so they destroy the planet for a highway to the more unknown parts of the galaxy.
