I am still not completely clear on what the essay for the Chairman's Award needs to be about. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I am still not completely clear on what the essay for the Chairman's Award needs to be about. I can't seem to find it anywhere.Have you so far checked the Awards section? They devote a section to the CA essay. In general, it's about how you show GP, spread the spirit of FIRST (and live it), etc. in your team and community. (Note: you may need to find the 2006 Manual and check the guidelines in there as well.)

[edit]By the way, I just noticed your team number. Are you going for the Rookie All-Star instead of Chairman's?

I think you can tell I am on a rookie team by more than my number. LOL.

Thanks againGo ahead with the Chairman's submission--it'll help the All-Star. Plus you'll have it for next year, when you become eligible.

Be sure to hand a copy to the judges in your pit. They will not see your entry online. Section 5.4.2.
