Looks great. One question, what force gas springs did you guys chose to use?

Two 175 lb per lift, 4 total on the bot.

How do you release the gas springs? And how to you retract them back after the match? It looks really nice! Great job!

I'm sorry if I'm not seeing it, but how do the robots get onto the lifts?

The lifts fold down as ramps and when the robot drives on the ramps and presses against the trigger the gas springs releas pushing our linkbars out and lifting the robot. here is a link to a video a couple days before ship. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JWFE8lYC0k&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Feducation%2Eerdc%2Eusace%2Earmy% 2Emil%2F456org%2Fvid1%2Ehtml we have fixed the problem of the lifts being so hard to trigger. ill try to get a better video up that shows us deploying the ramps and lifting robots

we have a trigger system that release the springs when the robot pushes against it. it is activated by the other robot
