What's amazing about picking 25?
They're the 254 of New Jersey! The only time they wouldn't win s if some amazing catastrophy happens like a meteor crashing into the arena or some dimensional rift forms in the pits or something....

No it is the double points wild card thing, it made them borderline ridiculous.

Or we pick them lol... 2002 Buckeye we picked 48 and 254 and lost to Hotbot and there alliance in the semi's (who were eventually beat by CIA and there alliance if i remember that all correctly..) so 254 does lose sometimes as rare as it may be

But what a regional... they hacked off the top of there robot... anyways enough of what happened in the past :)

Actually, I would say 103 is.

25 being out of the top-8 is as probable as a 16 seed beating a 1 seed in this year's NCAA tournament. You know what I mean!

Thanks for correcting me Cory. I was but a lonely freshman that year LOL. It was fun pairing with you guys from the west coast even if we didn't win.

Wild Card is done for a reason:

#1....it makes you seriously think about who to pick.
#2....If there are multiple wild card rounds with different multipliers, it makes you think in terms of the long run.
#3....It gives you additional cards to play and additional chances to get the teams you wanted to have.

It just adds another dimension. If someone does a FF website, then perhaps there should be that option to add multipliers and rules.

But congrats again to the winners.
