Awards at the Championship

This is only my second year participating in FIRST. Are awards given at the championship given to one team per division or one team for the whole thing? Also how does the chairman's finalist awards work. Are they the next three best teams or do the judges pick one team from each division?

With the exception of the Highest Rookie Seed award, all awards are awarded once, at-large. This includes the honorable mentions for the Chairman's Award.
