Perhaps I haven't done much research into projectors lately, but still--$380 for a projector? If I had both the funds and a place to project upon, I'd jump on it.

Eh, I guess for the price it is decent, but who wants to buy an obsolete projector? It only displays at 480p. I'm just surprised they'd put such a high priced item in a Woot-Off.

$15 for in-ears isn't that bad. They look like they'd be pretty good, remind me somewhat of the Sony Fontopia series.

iLounge didn't give them a very good review/overview, so I'll pass, plus the new Apple ones are pretty dencent sounding, so I'll sick with them.

I am very disappointed with woot. I started following woot back when it was first started. They has some pretty cool stuff like RC cars and bunch of little stuff that i didnt need but wanted. Now when i see them selling blenders 3 days a week and one of them is a refurb and the other four day's is a roomba it just makes me want to cry. Bring back the old woot stuff

I bought the sub. It has a builtin amp and it looks not too bad (except for the sirius logo...)

We'll see how it goes... I can always sell it off for what i bought it for.

Getting over myself... Usually I don't buy a lot of stuff (I set a budget per woot-off like 100 bux or something, (all of course my hard-earned money)), but I was looking for a car sub anyway, so this was perfect.

i don't have a problem it's a refurb, they replace everything but the working electronics...

WHOA... ALERT! ALERT! SOMEONE HELP THIS GUY, QUICK!

OK, taking a deep breather. http://www.woot.com is a website that has 1 tech deal every day. They release a new product a 1 AM EST. Once every, idk, 2-4 months or so, they have a woot-off. This is where as soon as one item sells out, another one starts. They don't say how MANY are left, rather what percentage are left. This continues from anywhere from 24-72 hours.

What makes this such a big deal is the BOC, the Bandolier of Carrots, the Bank of Canada, whatever you want to call it. Formally known as the Bag of Crap. This costs one (count 1) US dollar. Anything can come inside of this bag, usually worth more than a dollar. Last time I got it, the contents were worth about $120. There are only a limited number available, usually 1000 or 3000. They are gone in well under a minute (usually in about 17 seconds.) The trick is to keep refreshing the woot.com home page waiting for the BOC. I do this every time, for up to 72 hours. I have gotten 2 bags of crap before.

There is a lot more to know about woot, but this is a starters guide. Woot isn't just a website. It's a way of life.

This is whats called a woot-off-killer. Just like that stupid headset. Or the projector. Or the Sphere speaker (The only thing to Sphere is Sphere itself!)

I put on my audible woot tracker (with Alarm!). My computer is hooked up to my 7.2 in my bed (yes, in my bed.) Should this item go down to <5%, it WILL wake me up. Then I can get my hands on my Blinged out Cabbage.

Only 79% left.... *sigh*

Mhmmm... I must admit that I did *drift off* a few times, granted I was in my bed... But my Tracker wakes me at %5, 1%, sold-out, and 100%.

That wine looks tempting... If only I were old enough to buy it :p

FINALLY... Someone is buying this thing. It's almost like that Cartoon Network voice transformer thing that lasted 2 woot-offs.

The BOC is weird. This woot-off and the last. It's like it shows itself every few hours, and the number goes up by 500 each time. It's like a chance for people who don't have snipers to get the BOC.

Woot off is over. My order for the Screaming Monkey with Green Cape is currently processing *crosses fingers*... I'm very upset though, because I clicked I want 1 instead of I want 3.... Oh well. If this processes and I get it, I'll be happy.

No Bundles of Clementines this time...
