Would anybody be interesting in some friendly laser tag after the Championship?

I have to say, Laser Tag is one of the greatest team activities that a team can do after competition. Our team went and played laser tag after IRI 2006 and it was one of the greatest team building activities we had ever done. If you have the opportunity to play some laser tag during your downtime, you should definitely consider it.

Might I also suggest paintball as an option? Especially if Karthik plays? The 280 ft/sec projectiles tend to hurt more when splatting upon unpadded bony surfaces. :D

We play that down here in the summer and it's great fun. It takes a bit longer to organize, but it gets you outdoors, and you can make an entire day of fun out of it.

26th not good for me as I have a golf tournament that day. I would prefer Toronto East (Warden & Eglinton). Depending on the numbers the 3 1/2 hour may be best. Games run with 30 people at a time I believe.

basically you get 3 games
and its $465+tax for max 30 people (private game), need to book in advance, will take roughly 2 hours, and best time would be in the evening.

so if we can get 30 people
it would be $465*1.14 = $530.10/30 = $17.67/person
or if anybody else can find a better deal let me know

I just called Laser quest again and they said the earlies time they have is 8pm on Saturday, how ever they need a 50% deposit in order to book a time slot. Also they didn't tell me this the last time I called them but if we book for 20 people only 20 can come play. and the group price for 10 people or more is $21/person for 3 games. What do you guys think we should do? Since I don't even know who on this is list is for sure 100% going (except for a few) should we book for the 20 people and do it this Saturday or change the date till after exams so that more people will be free and we can get 30 and do the triple quest and get a privite game going. Please post what you would like to do by 5pm tomorrow (May 8th, 2007) Thanks

Why not find out when they are open. We will all show up and we should be able to get the group rate. Unless they are really busy this should be no problem. They won't turn away $400.00 unless they are really busy. What ever you decide I'm in.

Laser Quest will be moved to another date, due to the lack of returned PM's and posts of people confirming that they will attend, I did not book a time slot for us. If some of you still wanted to go this Saturday, post here and we can still go however we will not get the group rate and pay regular price per game. We will try this again after some of you have finished exams. When the next date is set a deposit will be taken so that I don't have to spend 200+ and have some no shows.
