I'm doing a little research and wanted to know if there are any all girls teams that have won the Regional Chairman's Award. I know that Team 771 is an all girls team that recently won this award at the Greater Toronto Regional last weekend, but are there any others? I've looked all over ChiefDelphi and USFIRST.org and couldn't find a thing. A little help, please.

Let's make sure that this thread is only to answer his question. I don't think we need another debate.

Not to my knowledge... there are only a handful of all girls teams. There were several others, but to the best of my knowledge they are not in existance any longer.

We have five all girl teams in the Southern Califonia area and a couple more in Northern California, I do not think any of them has won a Regional Chairman's Award.

There were seven total at Silicon Valley Regional. At lunch on Friday they all got together on the field for a huge photo.

There were 2 at the Philly regional
433 the Firebirds, who now have male members from Ghana but have always been an all girls team.
Team 709 also an all girls team

These teams haven't won a chairmans yet but I think they soon will.

The Firebirds won EI at Philly last year and Entrepreneurship at NJ. If they continue to grow FIRST in Ghana like they have been, I think they will get a Regional Chairman's soon, even in the competitive Philly crowd.
