Ok, so my realtives from California came to Israel for a week so we decided to take them to see Jerusalem...
Up there we started from a mountain with a view to the old city, where, amazingly, i saw 12 Segways !!!!:yikes:
Apparently it is 25$ for a 1 hour trip on a segway across the main sites of Jerusalem with a guide, also on a segway...
There were segways with special high traction wheels which are awesome for that dirty terrain..
check the picture =]
[that's me by the way]

What's with the "Segway" in the middle? Is that a real Segway, or a rip-off?
Thats really cool.

That's the "Dome of the Rock" on the Temple Mount. That's an I2 (2nd generation Segway). These are the current design as gen 1 machines are no longer manufactured. The new Segway has what they call "lean-steer" technology - the control shaft pivots at the base, leaning with the rider to turn. These are much easier for novice riders to pick up, but having mine for nearly 4 years now I was a bit uncomfortable on the new model, even after a couple of hours.
Very cool site for a Segway tour. I know there are several around the world but this is the first I have seen in Israel. I would love to do that tour sometime ...

The Golden building in the middle is a Muslim veru important monumant, from where they believe that Muhamed (?) left earth for the sky...
Its called El-Aktza and its second most important muslim site in the world after the blak stone of Mecca...
Apparently Jewish people like myself do know a couple of thinkgs about Islam eh =].
