So this year's championship is going to be on Friday the 13th and my team and i thought it would be cool if we could get everybody going to the championship to do something on that day. So we're trying to get as many people as possible to spike their hair up and spray it their team's colors on Friday. How cool would it be if we got everybody there to do this? If your hair is too long, then just spray it, that's cool too. We created a facebook event if anybody has facebook. Just search for "Spikes for First". Thanks!

I'll be spraying mine red every day =D. unfortunately i was never able to successfully spike my hair, it gets too curly =/

I know I'll participate.. My hair isn't that long.. but It's long enough, and will be spiked, and then sprayed Orange like it was last year..

My hair is probably pushing it..... at about 2-2.5 feet long. My team wanted to spike it really badly, but we calculated that it would take in excess of 5 hours to get it done. After that, we were going to spray it.

Granted, I never considered the possibility of just spraying it without spiking it...:rolleyes:

I already posted on facebook, but if someone is willing to help me (like Team Resistance did Brittany Davies' hair), then I'm totally in.
I will leave my hair to the mercy of FIRSTers, even if it means my students will look at me like I'm crazy....

I'll be there with my hair up and colored orange and blue. But it won't necessarily be spiked all days. But probably be in some sort of mohawk, then spikes, and then some kind of off-the-wall hairstyle. I might bring back the TRIPLE MOHAWK like I did in 2004 when I was last in Atlanta. im gonna rock the mohawk and it will be green and gold or red. i might do spikes one day well have too see. i'll see you all there.

So if you spike your hair up, we're meeting at the FIRST Banner to have a massive group picture taken. Get as many people as you can to participate and for the picture, bring people to take pictures!

... I'd so totally join in.

But I have horrible problems with my scalp >.< So I can't really add in the hairspray or anything.

it's disappointing. I can't do something that I'd love to join in and do...

(Unless someone brings red spray. Then I'd be willing to try something.)

So if you spike your hair up, we're meeting at the FIRST Banner to have a massive group picture taken. Get as many people as you can to participate and for the picture, bring people to take pictures!
When will this be? Because I'm totally there =D

haha right, i forgot to say times. There's a break for lunch on friday between 12:15 and 1:00, so the picture thing is gonna be at 12:30. Get as many people to do this as possible!

Oh man.. I remember seeing you at St. Louis on the other side of the field. For some reason, the hawk paired with 45's "back in black" theme was creepishly menacing.

Yes but for some of us that can't paint our hair (like yours truly) spray on coloring is a miracle worker.

Although I'm doing something wacky with my hair for Atlanta this year. What is it? You'll find out on Friday if you see me.

I bought 3 bottles of Got2b Glued Hairspray & Brittany is bringing her hairdryer. So talk to one of us on Thursday so we can set up a time / salon place to spike some people's hair for this photo!
