Can teams please post the 2007 offseason events here?
[from Brandon]: Please be sure to just list the events -- create a new thread to talk about them. Also, add them to the calendar (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/calendar.php) so they show up in CD-Events, and send a PM to me (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=1) to get it added to the countdown. Please include a link to the event when requesting the countdown addition.

off-season FIRST Robotics Competition
Game: 2007 Rack n' Roll
Sponsor: Community College of Baltimore County and the TIME Center
When: Sat. August 11, 2007-one day competition
Location: Western School of Technology (near RT 95 and RT 695) Baltimore, Maryland
Registration: http://www.firstbaa.com/ Cost: $200 by June 30.
Check the webpage frequently for updates about hotels, activities and the event.
The 8th annual Ramp Riot will most likely be held on November 17th or November 10th.
However, there is some uncertainty about the dates due to the passing of Mike Wade. People are working very hard behind the scenes to ensure that the east coast Fall events ( DoD, NBE, VA Fair, Ruckus, & RR ) all take place as planned.
Hopefully we will hear back soon about arrangements for this Fall.

FIRST's longest running offseason is back!
The River Rage Committee (Manchester Trinity, West, Central, and Memorial High Schools) is pleased to announce that for its 11th Anniversary year, River Rage will be held at Memorial High School in Manchester, NH on October 27th, 2007.

Mentor Matches:
Drive teams consisting of four mentors (2 drivers, 1 human player, 1 coach). We all know that the mentors work hard behind the scenes, but this will give them a chance to show their stuff on the field. Mentor matches will not count toward qualification standings.
Rule Changes:
Same rules at the 2007 FIRST game “Rack n' Roll”. Use of batteries from previous years is allowed.
Food:
Concessions available on site include; Hot dogs, Subs, chips drinks & candy reasonably priced. Rivertown Crossings Mall is just across the street hosting a large food court, as well as variety of restaurants within a one-mile radius.
