One question I have.

I am going to Purdue for Technology Education. Would this major qualify for the Marcia Beatty Memorial Scholarship? Or is it just for general education?

I also would like the criteria for these scholarships. Do you have to be going into technology or can it be used for any type of education?:)

The technical scholarships are for students going into science, engineering or technology fields.

The education scholarship is for a student pursuing a career in education (i.e. "I want to be a teacher".) There is no restriction on specfic teaching / courses.
