IRI Travel Arragements (Airport -> IRI -> Airport)

Joey tried to get this started with this thread, (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57670) (kind of), but I figure now that we're about a month out from IRI, it's time to start finalizing travel plans. Thus, I give you the rebirth of the IRI Travel Arrangements Thread! Here's last year's for reference. (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47425&highlight=IRI+Travel)

Basically there are usually multiple people who need rides from the airport. If everyone posts their needs here, then we can coordinate trips. Usually there's an abundance of cars, it's just a matter of letting people know and sorting it all out.

The prime example being that it seems a little silly for someone to drive to the airport for one person if three more arrive at the same time.

Okay, I'm all set (too bad I couldn't drive down - thanks Michelle - with Libby).

I'm planning on meeting up with Sara at the airport since she gets in a few minutes after I do. We're both staying at the same hotel, so if someone could help us out that would be awesome.

I work close to the airport and can probably supply transportation for three people at least FROM the airport on Thursday.

How do teams normally get themselves from the airport to the general vicinity of the event?

I went in 2004, but I was teamless and stayed with DJ for a couple days prior to the event.

We're looking at having around 12 people between 254, 968, and 4 that need to get from the airport to the Castleton area on Thursday morning.

What would you guys say the best way is to get there? Rent cars/vans? Hire one of those door to door airport van services? I doubt we have enough people to make hiring a bus economical.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I will most likely be getting to the airport around 3 - 5 a.m. on Friday. I don't expect anyone to want to come that early in the morning, but would anyone be able to get there first thing the morning such that I can get to the event before it starts?

Alright my team just got the call that were invited to IRI and now were trying to make some last minute arrangements. Does anyone from the Chicago land area have room in their car? Or is anyone taking the megabus? Right now the megabus is looking like what I'm going to have to do and if possible get a ride from someone or take a cab. If anyone can help me out that'd be great otherwise I'll see you guys there. Thanks
