Einstein F3. The camera crew got a beautiful shot of 987 shoving the Ringer of Destiny up 71's ramp, then of 179 trying to fight it off.
Just watching double lifts-one right after another- from 316's Elevation Machine at FLR was AWEsome... the kind of thing where everybody in the place goes Whoa! Did you see that?
I don't know exact match #s- maybe somebody else can help there...they DO have a youtube video, though.

We always say this was our best play of the year.
The 6 ringers at IRI was pretty amazing to watch. I'd have to pick that.

one of the hardest things this season to watch was at the Detroit regional where both our alliance members fell of our ramp in the final match.
where as it could be considered a "bad moment"
it really showed that you cant win them all
and it gave a great victory to teams 247 123 and 903
im not sure where exactly you could get this video, but i have photos and i bet theyre out there somewhere...
just a suggestion :D
i would definetly have to say for our team it was this:

1089 takes off a spoiler in the last 4 seconds

I'd have to say the first auton score at midwest, Q19, we had been putting keepers on the rack on the practice field, but no luck on the playing field. We finally scored one, the first keeper of the Midwest Regional, bounced right off the ground and on to the lower rung. The other would be FM3 when it flipped down onto the lower rung.

Can you please tell what match number it was and in what regional?
it was match 71 on the newton field at the championship even

Sounds like you are looking for moments such as the 6 keeper auto at IRI, Final 1.1 of the Curie Division (67, 48, 1732 v. 330, 910, 1270), Final 1.1 of the Galileo Division (65, 79, 503 v. 173, 1902, 1319), Einstein Final 1.3 (190, 177, 987 v. 233, 179, 71).
Ummm i'll try to find soap links to those matches.
Also there are quite a few good story lines from regionals you may want to incorporate into the clip.

You can't forget the last second ramping on the Einstein up onto 71's ramps. The video (http://thebluealliance.net/tbatv/match.php?matchid=3977) gets a good shot of it, but the announcer doesn't really do it justice. Beatty deployed at 10 seconds, 177 and 233 both hopped up with literally 1 or 2 seconds left. The crowd went INSANE.
Other great ones would be Wildstang's unbelievable last-second spoilers in the IRI finals. Like 3 matches in a row, they dropped them on the buzzer, and they almost always decided the match.

seconded.
Also, in the curie finals 48 hits 330 in autonomous, whose dead reckoning is supposed to score on the outer leg, they end up scoring on the leg next to it on accident.
hmmm.... The Final match 2 of San diego. Our alliance had been winning by playing defense on our part, offense from 368 and ramping on 1717 at the end. 330/696 lured us to their side of the field towards the end, making us think we were playing defense, and then blocked both aisleways back to prevent us from ramping, which won them the match.

This match is archived at The Blue Alliance.
I'm glad there's video of this as I never witnessed this match live in person. I was in a daze behind the curtain at the time. I did return in time to see The Match That Never Was, though.
My personal favorite, for obvious reasons, was Buckeye Finals Match 2. This was one of our typically "boring" rack battles, row of 4 vs. row of 3 (this was typical one offensive 2 defensive strategy for the 48, 291, 379 alliance), but 4 robots ramped 12" at the end. Team 379 ramped at the last possible second, in an awkward way - I have no idea how they stayed on top of us. Their ramp under pressure gave both 379 and 48 our first regional victory ever.

*Technically,* the last time we'll ever have to see/play Rack 'N' Roll ever again would be the last match of Ramp Riot, on November 10th.
BUT, that still doesn't mean that you shouldn't come to Brunswick Eruption on November 3rd!

It may not have been important to the outcome of the match, but in Semifinal 1-3 in Boston, 1922 places a spoiler which is promptly removed by 1626. The crowd and the announcer go nuts.

I have a picture from a match during the Detroit qualifiers where someone drove up another bot's ramp, drove too far and fell right off the back of it. I couldn't point you to the video, but maybe someone else who remembers it could hook you up.

I have video courtesy of Team 1038 of a rampless 48 driving straight out full speed during a practice match against 1038 in Pittsburgh. It was our driver's first practice match of the season. He proceeds to trap a ringer between 1038 and us, drive up the ringer, try to do a barrel roll/pirouette, and lands upside down. Of course, we just flip the bot over after the match and go on our merry way. There's a youtube link here.
I'll have to dig up the raw video.

I made a short hi light (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Xft89I1Y6rY) video of Robot Casserole at th Wisconsin Regional. If you want it in .wmv, its on our websight. There are some cool shots of some spins and ramping.
In the quarterfinals at Wisconsin there's video (http://thebluealliance.net/tbatv/match.php?matchid=703) of 1259 lying on the ground, but the camera missed it falling over.
I remember I've seen video of 111 taking a ringer off of a team mate's flag. I just don't remember where.

I personally loved it every time a scoring bot "dunked" the tube over a defenders head (scored over a defensive bot). Unfortunately the matches that come to mind that I know of it in aren't on SOAP or TBA (or don't show it in the video), but I know it happened plenty of times, and I'm sure you can find some footage of it if you surf around SOAP and TBA.
I also loved 340 getting knocked in auto, and still scoring. http://media.putfile.com/Newton-Match-66-340-Another-View

How about the first quarterfinal match at Davis (Alliance #1 vs. Alliance #8)?
several match highlights:
-Right off the bat the top scorer from alliance #1 (team 100) gets a ringer on its flag.
-Shortly thereafter, 997, the best lifter of the competition and also on the #1 alliance, gets tipped.
-1458 removes the ringer from 100's flag!
-Seconds later, team 100 is tipped.
-The match ends with an unanticipated double ramp from the #8 alliance and two robots on their side for the #1 alliance.

Qualification match 55 (http://www.thebluealliance.net/tbatv/match.php?matchid=4272) on Galileo was probably one of our team's best scoring under heavy pressure. Between 1:10 and 1:30 on this match, the TechnoKat robot drivers, Kyle Love and Nick Bailey did some amazing work to get tubes on the rack. From 1:20-1:26, they extend over team 84's blocking attempt, score a tube, and steal a tube from the other alliance all at the same time.

My favorite is when Team 45 Kyle Love, squeeks by a fallen robot, gets on the lift anyway, and 1501 lifts 45 for a double lift:

For all of those who posted re a youtube link, i'd like to ask you, if possible, to post a direct download link to those movies, so i can edit it into the movie.
Basicly, i found a way to download movies from youtube. Only problem is that they are in .flv format, and i need to convert them to wmn, avi or mpeg or something that i can work with. So now i needed a converting tool, and the only one i found is limited to 90 seconds video (in its free version). It takes a while but i can work with youtube small videos.
For the larger videos i need to find a .flv movies spliter, aplit them to 90 seconds parts and then convert.
That's a lot of work, so i would really appreciate if you guys could found me those movies in normal formats with a direct link...
Thanks =]

You could also go against the grain and use something edgier than the usual crop of songs people typically use for these FIRST videos. Something you don't hear at a FIRST event. That means avoiding even "Thunderstruck". A change of pace never hurt anyone!
My suggestion? "Ladies and Gentlemen (http://www.amazon.com/gp/recsradio/radio/B000KJTFD4/ref=pd_krex_listen_dp_img/002-3874797-0573668?ie=UTF8&refTagSuffix=dp_img)" by Saliva. TNT used this song for their end of playoff coverage wrap-up montage video after the Eastern Conference Finals. It was very entertaining (Note to ABC/ESPN - your NBA coverage is horrible!!! Let TNT take over....).
You wanted vid of robots dunking over defenders - this song went great with video of humans dunking!

Keepers bouncing on in autonomous were mentioned previously so I don't know if you've seen this one or not, but in the semifinal 1, match 2 of the Las Vegas regional 1425's keeper bounced on at the same time that team 8 knocked the cap off a bottom spider leg. 1425 and the red alliance then proceeded to circumnavigate the bottom spider leg resulting in the highest scoring match of the LV regional.
The link to the blue alliance is http://www.thebluealliance.net/tbatv/match.php?matchid=3165 but it does not show either the bounce or the broken leg very well.
The youtube link shows both a lot better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcJViZ4fLxA and is short (does not show the rest of the match, only the autonomous)
Team 987 applauds and appreciates your efforts this summer.
Great job on the highlights video, Liron! Always a pleasure to see the results of someone's hard work, especially when they expect nothing in return. Talk about gracious...thanks for sharing.

In Qualification Match 82 (http://www.thebluealliance.net/tbatv/match.php?matchid=4299) on Galileo, Team 25's ringer got stuck on the top of Team 2228's robot, and knocked them over as we tried pulling away. It starts at around 1:30.
Also, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uhxsvs-w1Ik, for a compilation video of our successful caps in autonomous mode, including several occasions where the keeper fell and scored on the lower spider leg.

You have got to show some screen shots of really high scores. Also, showing 2056, the Rookie Sensation, seems obligatory. Also, The "wrap around" should be shown a few times.

Yeah I have to say that although Wildstang's IRI preformance ^ was spectacular as was the 6 keeper match, but when 179 and 233 climbed the Beast as time expired I couldn't believe it. In my humble opinion that was the best play that I saw all year.
As for my team's best moment this year, with the exception of winning FLR, our human player hung a tube on the rack with about 20 seconds left that gave us a 4-2 win.

For the record, that was 179 doing the climbing.
On topic, the video is excellent, and I really like the way you divided it into sections. Keep up the good work!
