well its a school activity fair so we have tables and ppl walk by. mostly kids and their parents.
its for recruiting kids, informational brochures

FIRST website has a Communications Resource Center with great brochures and info sheets to down load and print. We often show one of the videos from that same site when we do info tables- you can download at home or access through internet if your set-up allows it. Your own or Youtube videos of a competition are also great ways to show people the excitement and the extent of the competitions...they often don't get that from just hearing us talk or demo a single bot. Its nothing special but here is on that we made early last year. Hope it can help you out. The FIRST website is a great source for fact, quotes and images.

I've attached the flyer Team 971 used at our 2005/2006 club fair. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but it worked well for us. We had the 2005 robot set up and driving around, team members at the table talking about the club, and a few people walking around handing out the flyers. We printed two per page and cut them in half to minimize wasted paper.
