Sustainable FIRST teams ….need your help

The Objective of the FIRST President's Circle is to provide FIRST teams with the best practices, tools, resources, and advice to empower them to stimulate the formation of new, sustainable FIRST teams.

As a participant in the FIRST President’s Circle, I’m looking for other team’s documents, manuals, whitepapers ect. related to the following topics:
• Yearly team calendars, schedules, timelines (what you do when)
• Students applications (how do your students apply)
• Team organization charts
• Company sponsorship proposal packages (how do you ask companies for funding)

Pretty much covers your questions, except the company sponsorships. We have been supported by Delphi and KHS since 1992, and Ivy Tech and Duke for many years. However, this year we may be creating a formal sponsorship proposal that we can take into the public to boost our support.
