Does anyone know when regional registration begins?

Pre registration is open now.......actually registering for your initial regional is 1 Oct at 1200 hrs.

The FIRST web site does.
Event Registration will start on October 1st, 2007 at 12:00 noon EDT and will close on December 3rd, 2007 at 5:00 pm EST.
