And then, someone announced that the IRI Talent Show had special celebrity guests: Larry, Moe and Curly! (I'll let you be the judge as to who's who ;))

To me, it appears that this is a picture of three judges at some sort of talent show. The judges seem to be very perplexed. However, since Karthik is clearly in the picture, and not on the stage, my original thought can't be right....

Fortunately for all concerned, JVN and Karthik were NOT together behind the mic at the talent show.

Paul:
Ok guys, Dave just dove under the table...

JVN:
What does it mean?

Karthik:
It means that's one tough act to follow!

IRI talent show judges usually must undergo a screening process involving Karthik singing to see if they are physically and mentally up to the task. However, since Karthik now wants to be a judge, the IRI planning committee is now experimenting with hurricane force winds in a futile attempt to develop a similar test of endurance.

[Wayne Doenges]

Judge 1: “This act is pretty good. I’ll give her an 8.”
Judge 2: “Yes, she has a very good vocal range. I’ll give her a 9.”
Judge 3: “Is it break time yet?”
Laptop: *in a depressed voice* “I could have been part of a super computer. Maybe I could have help cure cancer or plotted the course for the very first manned Mars flight. But no, I’m stuck here keeping the score for a talent contest. I think I will scramble all the scores and cause total chaos. Hehe.”
Judge 3: “Did you hear someone talking?”
