The Blue Alliance
Tell Us Your Thoughts! (http://www.thebluealliance.net/2007/11/16/boston-first-workshops/)

Short: Please take our short survey (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=ig90PumyCIpitjqqNIW67Q_3d_3d)

Long: Hello everyone!

In preparation for the 2008 season, The Blue Alliance is working on a couple different projects to bring you the information you need! To help us focus our efforts, please take our short survey (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=ig90PumyCIpitjqqNIW67Q_3d_3d). If that link gives you an error, try this link instead (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=6WuCgf7MH5XleXdomko0wg_3d_3d) (SurveyMonkey cuts off non-pro accounts at 100 responses). The survey will only take about five minutes to complete and will give us great feedback so we can put our effort into the things you want most!

If you have any other feedback or comments for The Blue Alliance, send us e-mail and let us know what you think! Send them to questions@thebluealliance.net and we’ll read them and respond to every single one!

We hope you all are having a great pre-season and we’re looking forwards to this year’s kickoff! Take our survey, let us know what you think, and stay tuned for a new video on Scholarships in the next few days!

*bump*

I am a bad person for bumping, but I want to make sure we get responses from people who view the forums at night, rather than the morning.

Thanks!

TBA is a great asset to the FIRST community. It doesn't cost anything to use, so taking part of a survey is a small price to pay. Hope my submission helps you all bring more awesomeness on my computer screen.

Basically, RSS is a way that websites can tell you when they're updated, instead of you having to check yourself. It's pretty neat, and makes it much easier to stay on top of blogs and podcasts.

Wikipedia - RSS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_(file_format))

"RSS (formally "RDF Site Summary", known colloquially as "Really Simple Syndication") is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines or podcasts. An RSS document, which is called a "feed", "web feed", or "channel", contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with their favorite web sites in an automated manner that's easier than checking them manually."

Here is the TBA feed (http://www.thebluealliance.net/feed/)

and most importantly the Chief Delphi feed (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=131,130,127,70,108,145,88,87,82,63,86,157 ,156,155,154,153,151,150,149,144)

RSS feeds are great for getting anything and everything that you need in an organized fashion,

Note: Andrews link includes forum IDs specific to his portal.

You can customize the portal to show the specific forums you want .. and then use the RSS link to get a feed suited to which subforums you want to view.

Hope this helps more than it confuses. ;)

The first survey filled up.

Please use this one (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=6WuCgf7MH5XleXdomko0wg_3d_3d) if you haven't taken it yet!

Will you guys have team or regional specific RSS feeds by any chance instead of the general overall RSS feed?
