I was looking for some posts that I recall regarding a cool idea for breaking out the signals from the operator interface onto a custom board so you could easily prototype up switches, leds, joysticks, pots, connected to the OI.

While searching the forums, I found that all the forums seem to start around August 2007. The archives stop at 2002.

Was there a big cleanup? Did stuff get lost? Will it be comming back in an archive?

Thanks,

Eric:

How did you look? There is a lot there from before August 2007. At the bottom of the list of threads there is a selecter for you to view things that have not been active in the past month. If you change the date to view in the last year, or from the beginning, you may find more.

Or do a search from the orange bar with some keywords.

Good luck!

At the bottom of the screen, there are settings for display options, one of which is show threads from the, and a drop down. It sounds like yours is set to 100 days, and you want it set to "the beginning".

You may want to consider using the search function rather then manually sorting through threads (there are over 3200 threads in programming).

I think team 116 may have been the team that did what you are describing.

Thanks for the quick responses. I was using search, but I couldn't remember the right key words. I was looking in the control systems forum for some inspiration, but noted that I could not see back as far as I thought I should.

I fixed my profile to eliminate the cutoff for now.

I found what I was looking for. Joe is correct, it was Team 116's Operator Interface Adapter Board.

Thanks again.

Looking forward to the 2008 Season!!!
