It seems that at least one programmer has to have a PSP. I like how there is a little buffer between all the stuff and the computer.

This season 294 seemed to prefer the "programming lap" to the table...

just personal preferance I guess.

Actually that PSP belonged to a member of the build team. He had a huge amount of music, because everyone knows that music helps a lot.

I like the unity between hardware (Machine Shop, file sitting on chair) and programming (laptop, controller)... :]

Is that a loop of Igus cable track I see in the bottom right of the picture? Oh wow that entertained people on our team for hours last year... :o

Who would know more about files than a programmer?

Removing the Igus parts from the build room increases performance 10 fold.

Yeah, that's an Igus track over there.

Yes, that's a file on the chair. I don't even remember if we ever used that thing, but apparently someone had just set it down.

And a programmer always uses a file. If the software doesn't "work", you make the hardware comply!

There one very important tool missing from that picture that ever programmer should have close to his computer...

A heavy tool ( hammer, big wrench ) to make the computer comply!

Ah sweet memories of a very annoyed programmer (me), a laptop and a large rubber mallet. *sniff* I miss it so.

More room than our team gets to program with.

I almost wish they didn't include the Igus cable track in the kit of parts, just because of its amazing ability to distract almost every member of our team :p

Seriously, you guys just nailed down the two most played with components. They are evil and cost us massive amounts of lost labor each year - Arrgghh!!

Yah, that Igus stuff kept me entertained for hours over the build season, if anything its great that they include it just for a good stress reliever. :)
