I know Israel is not done registring yet. I'd gest that Brazil isn't done yet either.
Therefore, maybe those 2 regional are postponed till the kickoff or as close to it as possible?

Well as I had mentioned before I am not doing any drafting tonight (Xerox Robotics bowling party. X-Cats. Sparx. XQ and Naza.r.e.X are having a pre season ending get together at Olympic bowl) so somebody else is handling the drafting tonight anyways.
