Robotics social

Hi my name is Robert Ervin, and i am on team 1218, chestnut hill academy/spring side robotics. We are having a robotics social and would like to invite teams that are close to Chesthut Hill or Philadelphia, PA. It will be from 7:30 until 10:00. It will be this friday, as a good start to the season. If you would like to come and you are close, please let me know.

Very sweet idea. Not quite in range of Philly myself, but I would encourage all teams in the area to attend and get to know some of the fellow FIRSTers in the area. It will make the build season that much more interesting and will give you the opportunity to make some acquaintances prior to the build season. It works out well in case your team ever needs any help.

There will be refreshments for purchase, DJ, No innappropriate or offensive clothing (would you let your grandma see the clothing).

Just to let everyone know, there will be....
-music
-a movie/seating so everyone can get to know each other
-DDR!!
-quieter place for the mentors to talk
-food and drinks
-shoe drive for the Ghanaian Robotics team(run by the mount)
