Where can i get the free programs offered to us?

For the Autodesk software (Inventor, 3DS Max, and Combustion), you can find it here (http://firstbasefrc.autodesk.com).
I think SolidWorks and PTC (ProEngineer) are also providing free software, but I'm not sure how to get that.
