Today we took inventory and out probaly missing 20 different things but to make the day a positive we tryed to inflate the ball. My question though is does any one elses ball feel inflated but do not fit the cover so i guess we will try to INFLATE it more seems to almost be 40 but who knows.

Yea we got our inflated and it seems the cover has some corners/edges not filled by the ball, but other then that its fine.

I would weigh it. Ours only weights about 8 Lbs, but I predict they will fill it up to the full 10 in competition (as that is what they said it should weigh).

The Kit of Parts section in the manual has an inflation guide that uses pictures to show you about how much to inflate the ball to. We weighed ours and it was right around 7lbs.

From the arena manual: "When inflated, each TRACKBALL is approximately 40 inches in diameter, and weighs approximately 10 pounds."
From the KOP manual: Inflate the Trackball so that the zipper appears as in the center photo. (9b) The Trackball on the left is under-inflated (9a), the Trackball on the right is over-inflated (9c). When properly inflated, the zipper will be able to be pulled and closed, not too hard, not too easy.
There are also several instructions relative to looking at the seams and stretching over time.
I would go with the inflation directions relative to taughtness of the cover, not diameter or weight.
