Our team ordered 6 andy mark wheels with bearing in all wheels. We planned on going with a live axis to the middle wheels in a 6WD but when we tryed to mount the toughtbox and wheels, we found out that when the toughtbox output shaft is put into the bearing of the middle wheel the output shaft just spins and wheels doesnt rotate because of the wheel bearing. Is there a way to fix this?

Is there a way to fix this? You could remove the wheel bearings and mount the wheel to this hub (http://www.andymark.biz/am-0077.html). The hub fits the gearbox output shaft.
You would be better off attaching a sprocket to the wheel and running chain from the sprocket on the gearbox to the wheel that way.
Live axle means that the wheel is ATTACHED to the axle.
Dead axle means the wheel rotates on the axle.
In order to create a forward force, you must either attach the wheel to the axle or drive the wheel instead.
I also would not recommend direct driving and wheels with these gearboxes unless you are supporting the shaft on the other side. Adding sideloads increases breakdowns and decreases efficiency.
