Autodesk KOP Trackball - has anyone noticed that it's the wrong size?

So, I have been modeling prototype mechanisms in Inventor, and I just noticed that the trackball in the KOP seems to be too big. I made a 40" sphere and compared the two, and the Autodesk model is definitely bigger.

Has anyone else noticed this?

The file "GamePiece_Sangin.ipt" does indeed seem to measure 1200 mm in dia. (47.24")
