Yes I know that politicians were last year's homework; but, the current presidential elections obviously provide a unique opportunity to raise interest in FIRST
Thus, I'm establishing a thread here to coordinate and collaberate in all issues regarding the 2008 presidential candidates. If we can get them to speak at, or at least about FIRST then it would certainly go a long way toward spreading the name. Also, it would kind of serve as a more subtle way of accomplishing Dean's Homework.
They say 'Where the head leads, the body will follow.' So, getting the people that the media's hovering around to go to an event may just end up getting some media coverage.
To start with, I'm putting various e-mails together for each candidate. Yet, I can't help but think that many e-mails would be a tad more compelling then one.
Anyone have any ideas or comments?
