Does any one know where to get bigger output sprockets? 44 tooth? 48 tooth? (for #35 chain)

I was just looking for the same thing.

As a previous poster mentioned MotionIndustries.com is one place. Here are some others:

McMaster-Carr
Grainger Industrial Supply

I asked a similar question earlier. We got ours from Stock Drive products-Sterling instruments.

I just ordered some 22 tooth, 1/2'' bore output sprockets from McMaster-Carr a couple days ago. Today we found out they don't have any keyways drilled into them so we are having a mentor take it to a machine shop to get them drilled. Their brand was Marting Sprocket. www.martinsprocket.com (http://www.martinsprocket.com)

Does any one knows where I can get the 28 tooth sprockets?? We have 4 of these sprockets from previous years, they connect to the KOP andymark wheels, but it doesn't seem to have come in the KOP this year, I think the new ones are 22. What company makes these and where can I get the 28 tooth sprockets?

Not sure where to find ones of the same material as the kit ones. Both IFI and Andymark sell aluminum sprockets of the size and tooth count you are looking for

That would mean those parts cannot be used on 2008 FRC robots.

Similarly, the 22T sprockets provided in the 2008 kit may have also been custom ordered for FIRST. If so then they are not COTS components, and may only be used in the quantities provided in the kit (2 per team).

COTS status of the 2008 kit sprockets needs to be confirmed. I don't recall seeing this question on the official Q&A (http://forums.usfirst.org/forumdisplay.php?f=553) yet this year.
