Hybrid Mode Rule Question

Does <G09> mean that the balls in hybrid mode are neutral?
I.E. If the red team removes a blue ball in hybrid mode is red awarded the points?

It would make sense that the points would be awarded to blue, but the rule doesn't seem to clarify.

In both hybrid and teleoperated modes, <G08> applies so that trackball points are awarded to the alliance matching the color of the ball. Robot points are awarded to the alliance matching the color of the robot <G03>.

Since knocking a ball off the overpass in hybrid mode is for trackball points, the alliance matching the color of the ball gets them. It doesn't matter which alliance does the action.
