Do we need to use the ifi chiclets or can we find different ones cause we had problems with them last year
The only device allowed to use external power on the Operator Interface is the Chicklet. Other than that, you are allowed to use anything that fits within the cost and material usage guidelines.

<R106> ...(the only approved USB adapter is IFI Part Number USB-CHICKLET)...
